Question for health nuts
Today I had bacon and eggs (over easy) for breakfast. I feel as if I have a lot more energy than on a typical day, where I'll have cereal. My cereal is typically Raisin Bran, Cheerios, or Kashi. I noticed the same thing one day last week when I had bacon and eggs for breakfast.
I'm trying to find some science as to why this may be but I can't come up with anything. Is it all in my head?
