WEED! Am I going to jail now?...
I've smoked bongs on my porch in front of cops passing by and they waved back. Another time I got caught smoking a pipe on a parking garage and the cop said to put it in the trash and come back to get it once he left since people might have been watching...
I even took a pic with my cell phone in the back of a cop car wearing cuffs of the cop documenting my bag of weed since he was lazy and didnt find my phone.. I might get in trouble for that one, though, even though I got a ride home about 5 minutes after and nothing on my record since I just didn't pay new registration...
