XXX TLD's - Another mosquito to swat. -
Even though I live in Europe I don't want to pay high taxes
Gibraltar seems to be one of the few jurisdictions which is in CCBill's EU acceptance list and is tax friendly at the same time. But even though Gib is on the CCBill's list I would like to know if anyone worked this way? Of course I will email CCBill later today to make sure their list contains accurate information, but personal experience of other webmasters is also highly appreciated 
So if any of you guys worked or still working with CCBill under Gib company please let me know here. I need this info to feel more confident 'cause it's my first independent project online.

Fussy, fussy damned processors A corp is a legal entity in whatever jurisdiction and the "principal applicant" is that legal entity - not some corporate officer. This sounds like another load of crap from VISA?
You had a face-to-face chat with processors? They know what you need to do to cover formalities and one possible avenue is to get yourself a nominee and get a POA from em to act in whatever capacity you like.
Obviously using nominees in the true sense, you are never known as an officer (I'm always the office cleaner), but it's your corp and you hold a POA and you are entitled to do whatever with your own corp (as long as it's legal).
Seriously suggest you hit face on with whatever processors and get em to start working to resolve your problem RegUser

I'm looking into incorp in the EU myself and I am live in Canada. When I emailed them they told me that I need a direction that lives in EU region to sign the papers on behave of the incorp. They said that the incorp will be setup so I have the power of attorney. The only think I'm still not sure about is that if the direction offers his passporte to get me the ccbill EU account etc.....can't he just one day run off my with all my rebills if he wanted to legally?icq #403775482Comment
