The article mentions only that the greek PM is having a report prepared on the consequences of departure. I'm gonna say that a nego tactic, as it will make everyone shit their pants and perhaps open their checkbooks.

But yes, i have maintained for years that by 2015 at least 1 country will have left the Eurozone.

Interesting to note that when countries sign into the Eurozone there is no provision for how they exit, or what happenes if they do not meet their (now complete bullshit) financial obligations. When they were writing the treaty they obviously had very rose coloured glasses on
