Actually it is from 14. to 19. but is fluent from year to year.
Anyhow, you should keep away from touristplaves as pattaya these _months_ as there are some foreigners going crazy with water and ice cubes (as in; huge blocks throwing nto your scull!).
Forget songkran, enjoy thailand rest of the 11 month they have to offer you.
From chiang rai (mai sai) in north to phuket (be-tong) in south. What you dont find there, you wont find anywhere else.
