Seems they have taken it upon themselves to steal some of my exclisive content and use it for the design of a few of thier sites and in thier affilaite program. This is the chance for them to work something out with me, I have already contacted my attorney about this, DMCA's will be sent out by the end of the day if I hear nothing.
