They are priced at the minimum for people to test. Traffic Force uses a smart bidding system to give people bidding more than 3 cents, a higher majority of the traffic. In turn that encourages anyone else who is successful in these zones to increase their bids to get more traffic from their competition.
We won't be raising the minimum pricing on any spot, our Advertisers will increase their bids over time.
