It could be the site, it could be the traffic.
On a tgp I run, I have to switch out the main sponsor every month. I have noticed that it is the same people coming back the next month. If they have already seen the SAME ad for a month or 2, chances are they are not going to just decide to click it now, ha.
Give that sponsor a break for a couple 3 months, then in 3 or so months put them back up, watch the conversions be like new again.
You can keep fishing in the same lake, just change the bait from time to time.
