Here's the deal:
- LC's banned for some reason. Probably cause he's nuts and a banning means he only can't post crap but can read.
- Those with red nicks aren't. Meaning they can post crap and read.

Regardless, both spam the fucking board.

I'm a noob I never learned about proxies... but I know it has something to do with changing ip's. Is there nothing that can be done about that kind of stuff? I had problems with morons messing up my forums a while back and just shut them down to save myself a headache. I was using php bb and it seemed to lack decent admin functions.
