Don`t get me wrong...I like the cold weather and could happily live somewhere where it was minus on a daily basis. I only mentioned "very cold" being that it is colder than normal for the UK this time of the year (as is for large chunks of Europe).
We (as in the nation) don`t cope very well with the icy conditions.
