Who really cares which is used more by webmasters? Payoneer is a much larger company than Paxum.

what i don't like in payoneer is that when u get money , you need to wait for them to load your card before u can pull the cash and pay $5 if u want it with in 2 hours, if u prefer to save 3$ u can wait almost a week. that sucks.
At paxum its U who load your card and it costs 30cents and u can do it instantly.
other than that they are pretty much the same.Comment

I use both. They're different but also the same. Most programs use PAXUM, but some big sponsors of me use PAYONEER. The load of Paxum is easier as you don't have to do anything, for Payoneer you have to load the money yourself and if you want to have it immediately you have to pay 5 USD instead of 2 USD... I trust them both. I wished that my main processor (CCBILL) had a similar system with credit cards as I have to pay 30 USD each week to get my money coming in via wire...$$$ Buying PR adult sites / domains - patavax[at]yahoo[dot]com $$$

Payoneer - Customer Support sucks all the time you can get response for several days after you inquire lols.
Paxum - $0.25 to load your card from your e-wallet account.
Payoneer - $5.00 for your immediate transfer to your card from your e-wallet account.
Paxum - They need a lot of documents and sometimes their system fails to verify each account and its too much strict when it comes to documents (For policy).
Payoneer - 1 ID issued by government any of them possible to approve and give your card instantly.
Paxum - Card delivery takes too long.
Payoneer - Card delivery is average not the same in Paxum.
Paxum - Not that old and not that big enough.
Payoneer - They have been here for years now and they are big company.

Payoneer is not cheap at all lately, so Paxum. Tons of options to withdraw and load and inexpensive.
Payoneer = 3% withdraw, sure nigga, it's a bit better than Alertpay 2+3 % but still nothing with Paxum. Plus as I said withdraws to cards, paid $6 few days ago, money arrived today already on my other card without ANY problem.
