Yes! Must have the 2257 correct. The actual verbiage of the text link on all pages should read: 18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement. They also require 12pt type.

Regarding the 2257, thanks for your comments, i will comply.

Nonetheless, before going live with just a 'legal placeholder', i actually did a 30 mins ass-covering basic legal check, and my understanding was that:

- being not based in the US, and having a EU based payment processor, I do not need, under strictly legal terms, a 2257 notice.
- still, just to be on the 100% safe side, and to reassure potential US customers, it is a wise idea to have one (that's why I will comply )
- not having one, still, doesn't pose a legal risk given what above.

Would you see things differently here?

...wow got approved and had 2 sales in less than two hours, without any marketing besides a couple of posts in forums...

probably just luck, but coming from another industry, a conversion rate of 1:5 astonishes me - is that normal in this industry?

(honestly, i was expecting not less than a week before the first sale - not that 2 sales are worth showing off, but still
