    * Must be able to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project time lines in a fast-paced environment.
    * Execute and communicate practical design compromises to ensure that the project is viable and successful.

    Creative / Technical Skills Needed:
    * Strong design skills including screen layouts, information design, and typography.
    * Ability to evolve ideas in conjunction with the team, explain those concepts in complete detail, and ensure that the design vision adapts to and survives the development process.
    * Must be fluent in PhotoShop, Illustrator, Flash, or similar graphics software.
    * Must have solid grasp of graphic and web design principles and good understanding of current web technologies (html, dhtml, css).
    * Proficient in creative design, art production and final electronic file preparation for both print and web.
    * Able to develop new approaches to complex design problems and can convey ideas into tangible form.

dunno if this is good enough...

heres a example of a rough page (actually theres a final rendition after this one really, with more detail, but its strictly psd format at the moment....)
I'm making it for a leadin to a new section of a paysite (site within a site sorta...) Its not cut up - just a big jpg right here..

this is for POPPERS PALACE inside http://www.pregoplanet.com

I've been thinking of returning to LA. I lived in socal for 16 years and left about 7 years ago.
Am willing to work 10-11 hours a day everyday. (I work on this stuff maybe 14-20 hours a day as it is now, but I have to since Im a one man show.)

If interested email me by my nick here, I dont recieve site email.
I can relocate in a few weeks if need be. I need to finish a few projects I'm working on so no one is left high and dry.

          LMK

(and yeah the trees are sketchy, Like I said.. I work alone and have to make everything.... this project needed over 50 3D videos to launch and they take a LOT of time. so photoshopping was taking a back seat at times. I have to delegate reasonable expenditure of time versus return.)

Later when its all done I may go back and clean them up.

Is that considered a good salary for webdesigners in the US?
                  I'm just a newbie.

To make sure the designer is actually working I guess and to communicate easier.
