may not have been the best way, but if they would want more info they have an easy way of contacting me to get the info that they need. It's better to do that in private with no distractions. Ok, you may have done it differently, but that does not say that the way that I did it will not work.

I just like finding out what type of work they have and this way I can see if I have the qualifications/skills for it.

don't know if you have noticed, but the industry is in a downtrend right now

there is a LOT more free porn then ever, a LOT more competition , maybe a few companies still propping and growing these days.

a referall job wouldn't be my best choice of progress, thats only like a temporary income.

and no the industry is not in a downtrend. Its actually growing everyday. Its simply everyone's piece of the pie thats getting smaller and smaller.

Good luck on finding a job mate. If you have almost 10 years of gallery experience, thats a pretty good start for ANY rep. Most reps I know don't know squat about submitting galleries.

Any company without alot of newb affiliates could benefit from an experienced gallery submitter helping out new guys getting started cause thats where alot of people start and make their couple first Gs.

I agree with that 100%. Forgot to mention that I submit ALL my galleries manually. I know it would be faster with an auto submitter, but I just like knowing that it's done right the first time so manually submitting helps me make sure that it's done right. Plus, it takes me less than 1 hours and 30 minutes to submit my pic gallery, movie gallery and a pornstar gallery. Not that this is important in any way lol ;)
