I'm out of the loop in the last couple of years but this ugly ass format has always worked for me. Direct title, legitimate and non spammy meta and some <u> <strong> and <i> on the keyphrases you are targeting. Obviously you would put the above in your own words and make it sound good, I pulled it out of my ass.
I would guess that you have lots of backlinks for those phrases so maybe you can save it. Right now your main page has more text about Net Nanny than it does your content which means you are relying 100% on backlinks. Don't forget to give your image(s) on that page a good title="Asian Porn Star Tia Ling" and make sure each title is different if you have more than one.
Paysites like this have always been horrible for SEO but new ones are definitely taking notice.
