Dude, either this list is crap that only noobs will mail...
Or this is a stolen members database that you clearly do not own...
If it's a then it's a relatively harmless scam.
If it's B then if the owner of that database gets mail to one of his seeded email addys in that list then he will be able to track down where that list got sold. That means one of two things will happen, your reputation will be killed and you may get legal action... or you will get your knees broken if you ever make it to a convention.
Good luck with that.I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...

Kandah isn't selling SPAM, and he's not responsible for the hordes of spam mails You get...
Plain, simple & correct perspective here is that those on that list already get spam, and he's not responsible for HOW those buying the list mails to it.
Also, it's as close to Opt-In as it can get without actually being Opt-In.
Would You want to kill Your liquor store owner for selling booze to the wife beater hitting your sister when drunk, when no one knows he beats up his wife?
