Did google image search update this weekend?

I have a blog that's been getting a steady 100-200 google hits a day from image search, over the weekend that dropped to absolute zero. Not a little, just absolute zero.

Site has not been de-listed, just suddenly doesn't seem to rank for anything.

Did anyone else notice any changes?
    - As soon as I think up a good sig it's going here.

I sure did. My blog plunged from page 1 to to 2. I managed to get it back to first page but still that sucks. http://www.sitepronews.com/2012/01/2...usive-article/

google recently started rolling out a secure iframe method to disable javsacript on pages it shows in the google image search. It only works in firefox and chrome atm

depending on the tracking your using this would have a huge effect , as well as on clicked traffic.

                interesting...

On a side-note. Call me dumb but I also just noticed today how you can block an entire domain of results when you click "back" to the search result page. I wonder how much that is having an effect on results in the long run as well. Google seems to take importance on what people actually find useful.
