    Anyone have a favourite book for database design/admin?

    to be clear, this is not my function. or else i hope id never be here asking for this..lol

    Anyway, it is just so i can get up to speed and be more helpful to programmers we work with.

    any books you guys have read that are helpful?

                  For DB Design you should at least know Normal forms up to 3NF
