https://cards.wmtransfer.com/en , but before you have to send them some documents, same as with paxum and any other service, then i think they will call you, and you have your card in your post box in two weeks i think, but dont remember it so much as it is so long for me to remember all well
maybe someone who have more experience with them may help, have luck man!
