Electronic geek question about UPS batteries?
We all have UPS?s (don?t we?) and in time these small batteries just give out.
Wondering if rewiring a UP to charge a car or marine battery would give me a far longer ?battery time? during power outages or would the extra amperage fry the UPS or damage anything hooked up to it?
The cost of a car battery is only a few dollars more than one of these disposable pieces of shit that only last a few minutes.
