Looking for a marketing expert to join my small team OR someone in a similar position.

I have a few sites running and getting payments but I want to expand. I am currently, filming, editing and building the sites which is not leaving me much time to promote my network of sites in a way that is effective.

Ideally i would like to partner with another biz to share resources OR find a marketing individual who wants an ongoing share for working hard.!!!
