I will add some once I start to see a sign up or two come my way with the domains I have in the system "2 months now". I cant see myself buying domains and pointing them to HT and not make any sales would be a waist of money on my part.

How is your tube configured? That is 1/2 the battle.

This week you can enable CPM based ads and then you make $$ on every page view your tube does. CPM ads are how the biggest tubes make the majority of their revenue, premium sales are secondary.

www.hostedtube.com will have every option.

I have 6 domains in the system all set to

Video Length 3 min
Video Throttling 3
Auto Play checked
Updates 10 per day

the SEO parts Im still playing with about every few days or so to see what works and what doesnt.

Take it this is my first attempt at a tube I still have a allot to learn if I want to do it myself someday...

CPM you pointed out about CPM, thats a learning curve for me.
Live and learn..

I will keep playing with it all, not one to give in that easily.

Im off to pick up a couple of new domains for the up and coming week.

Well just added 20 domains after reading this.
Took about what... 20 minutes?

Anyways now I'm a bit shocked that 1., domain name as keyword matched 100% the preselected niches 2., each and every tube site looks unique and well designed even though I have not clicked a button to tweak it...

For those bulk importing, when and if you have time you can better configure each site. We have a marketplace now I am sure people are offering these services.

But in the end it is better to do something with these unused domains. If they were on the shelf and it ends up doing a sale that pays for your registration.

Gotta say I'm surprised I got a 1:12 ratio with a couple of trials. Probably one of those freak "first surfer in the door signs up" things as I've sent very little traffic, but it was some dude from friggin' India. Never seen a signup from that neck of the woods before

One thing in the bulk import and automatic setup: sometimes the logo is generated in black on black background by default. This should be ruled out
