niceeee.... had the same shit happen to my middle finger back in high school, was pushing through the line and my finger got caught up between two helmets, swelled up to the size of a hot dog and turned purple. I thought it was a bad jam so did our trainer, but i ended up tearing all the ligaments/tendons whatever..., by the time i had realized it wasn't a bad jam it was to late to get the surgery i needed to fix my finger now it locks up when i try to bend it i have to push on the middle of the joint and then it pops out and bends.

doesn't look to bad though definitely could have been worse, get yourself some good pain meds
