PPC affiliate with xml required

at first let me say hello to your community
We have little troubles with our local affiliate we used to have, so we are searching for replacement, can you spam us with some affiliates which should do best in these points? Traffic is mainly 99% EUROPE
1. ppc
2. xml export of ads (best for integration for video)
3. geo support (if possible)
4. working payouts ;)
