My guess is, they are going to review where an affiliate's traffic comes from and terminate any accounts that derive traffic from mainstream movie and music sites.
I think they honestly feel adult copyright holders are spineless.

Hell, they might be right if they end up being one of the few standing after all the other highly incentivized file sharing networks fall.
Maybe MU will raise from the dead and only do adult once they see no one in the adult industry is going to stop them.
If a site existed that contained full length mainstream movies and music, (just like adult tube sites do on a massive scale) how long do you think they would get away with it?
Other than the fact one is copyrighted adult material and the other is the ladder, there would only be one difference. One will stay online indefinitely while the other would be shutdown within 6 months.
