She wasn't censored... she was just rattling on and on long past the time allowed for acceptance speeches, they tried to bring up the music a little bit to encourage her to get it over with, and she kept babbling on.
If she wants to make a political speech, she should call a press conference and see who bothers to show up. Hijacking an awards show for you own political motives is just shit. I hope the Emmy people remember NOT to invite her next time around.Comment

Actually... now that makes sense... they kept cutting to an outside picture throughout the broadcast - cutting people off, jokes short, etc... it wasn't just Sally Field that was censored.
That's rediculous that Fox would censor the event to such an extent. I hope they never win a bid for an Academy event again.-D.
