Once they get some mainstream diversity, they would be able to pass for a TECHNOLOGY company more than a porn company. Which would allow them to go public or whatever their true end goal is. However, going public has a lot of draw backs, so I doubt they are in any rush.

This reminds me of the last internext seminar I went to where hosting companies promised everyone that "illegal tubes" would be shut down, or that they wouldn't host such sites. And everyone went out of the room smiling, saying these guys are all right.

You guys do realize that MANY studios have TV & cable deals without Playboy? It's not difficult to do if you have the right material and what is acceptable for broadcast. Most companies will shoot for such outlets along side of their hardcore scenes then edit a broadcast version with the soft scenes. Many, many companies do this already.
Of course Playboy will get a few more doors open, but without them they would have been fine if they shot the right scenes, which I'm sure they did. So I don't believe they did it just to get their foot in the broadcast door. It makes more sense to say they just wanted to be a powerhouse in that market like they are in every other market. In that case, you would go after Playboy and Digital Playground. But not just so they can have that as an outlet.Comment

I retired and that's adapting.
We will all find out soon enough or it's a non porn plan. No legit financier puts up 9 figures for things that will happen in 12 months. So we should all just chill and wait it out. This business is too extreme in it's attitude sometimes. One minute Fabian/Manwin is the most hated man/company in porn, then he/they are the most loved.
This is for sure, for many of you, Manwin are competition. Even affiliates.Comment

So he gave a speech, made his point, shared his vision and explained in his words how he all did it. He is now the biggest player in this industry by controlling all the chains he needs.
Now as a Tech company with an army of employees, consultants, lawyers and a bunch of shared toilets he now has to connect the dots and monetize all his acquisitions.

Put some of the older content there, accept that you won't get $30 per month and cross sales out of every customer and enjoy a new revenue stream. Or wait until Manwin is licensing your content up front to get a million $14.95 per month customers of their own.

That's the hard part. The big ones will want to run it, so let them do a buy out or a deal. Still it will be like Princes sharing the Kingdom and lead to in fighting. Putting together a site with approx 10,000 scenes, across the 3-5 top niches. With people feeding traffic into tours slanted towards the niche they are targeting. Pricing $14.95 approx, could work. Give affiliates 2 options, keep sending or go.
Or offering a week in this site, week in that and so on for four weeks at $14.95 and let the customer choose what 4 he likes the best. He could even select once in his first choice.
