Paul, it's not the first time that you expressed your frustration with porn producers working in the scat niche. And with that, you show why the porn biz never got organized properly: because there is no solidarity. Every time something needs to be done together with other producers, there will always be the dumb cunt not wanting to be associated with what other producers do, or simply don't work with other producers because they don't like them. LeaseWeb is crippling all of us. Me, you, all other producers, all affiliates, all honest hosting providers, and everybody else working in the porn biz. You want them to be named and shamed and at the same time you start crying about scat content again.

If you have something against scat producers, stay out of my threads and start your own threads about how LeaseWeb and PayPal are screwing you.

All I do is legal, I work with consenting adults only. The French and Dutch law are the only laws I have to respect, not the UK law. Your moral standards are not important because you're only a scumbag porn producer like me, at least I've always been able to keep my dick out of the models I work with, which makes me 100 times as professional as you are.

DMCA is widely adapted in the international web-, content- and porn biz. Any European hosting provider with good intentions will process a DMCA notice. If you send a DMCA notice to Google Europe (based in Ireland), they won't give you the "we don't do DMCAs" either.

More important, see the subject of this thread. Alex de Joode didn't say to the newspapers that they never received EU take down notices, he said "we have never received any abuse complaints".

I said the same thing as you did: a lot of companies adopted the DMCA but only out of goodwill. Goodwill is worth jack shit legally.

Frankie, een late reactie van mij want ik lees hier niet iedere dag, ben retedruk met werk. Ik had geen idee waar Grumpy het over had (change of attitude) dus vandaar dat ik wat slap met hem mee ging zitten lullen. Het gaat bewust nergens over en slaat bewust kant noch wal. Ik ken jou niet en heb niets tegen jou, ik probeer gewoon soms de lolbroek uit te hangen en dat lukt niet altijd. Mijn excuses als ik je heb verwart.
