It is no longer your first amendment right when you steel to make a profit .. He started a company with him and his employees uploading content to build up traffic. Stealing from everyone investing money in producing content. How many people suffered over him. I just hope he rats out his Big tube friends who did the same thing. I am sure this is just the beginning.
