Police seized millions of pounds, a vast collection of luxury cars and sawn-off shotguns yesterday when they raided the mansion of a man accused of being one of the world’s biggest internet pirates.
Swooping on convicted fraudster Kim Dotcom’s £16million home outside Auckland by helicopter, officers had to cut their way in to arrest him after the founder of the MegaUpload website retreated into a fortified safe room.
Dotcom, 37 – nicknamed Dr Evil – has Finnish and German citizenship. He and six of his employees face charges by U.S. prosecutors in what they say is one of the biggest criminal copyright theft cases ever brought. -

Quite routine and simple matter or protocol for a scammer,crook, or pirate to afford himself a private jet (for swift exits and escapes) and a bunch of grenades and shotguns in a foolish attempt to protect himself from the have nots he has pillaged and plundered over the years.
Just imagine if you are content producer and your content is all over mega upload...and you are struggling to put food on the table while this cheesy fat rat bastard is sipping margaritas on a private jet.
What is good about this situation is that their is no honor amongst thieves, and it is about guaranteed that this character will be rolling over on his pirating cousins in the world of content pirating, and shady billing for content piracy....
Another lesson learned here is for every shady scamming fraudster and crook...there is a bigger more powerful one somewhere preparing to swallow you upComment

It is no longer your first amendment right when you steel to make a profit .. He started a company with him and his employees uploading content to build up traffic. Stealing from everyone investing money in producing content. How many people suffered over him. I just hope he rats out his Big tube friends who did the same thing.
