    Wait. If knowledge of having copyrighted content on your servers is important...

    then what about the last year and a half on conversations here on GFY where people are speaking of the copyrighted content he (Fabian of Manwin) has on his tube properties and suggesting reasonable measures he could take to stop repeat infringement? I even recall him acknowledging it a few times and responding to the posts. If it was the emails and an employee turned informant which brought down MU then maybe just maybe some of the posts here could be useful evidence in a future case against Manwin, no?
