    How many different hosts do you use?

    Do you put everything on the same basket or spread your stuff (sometimes "required" ) over different places?

      I did have most of my stuff on 3 sep hosts, till recently moving it all over to the good people at phatservers

          3 different locations (2 in USA and one in Spain) for the main servers. Also two other locations for the offsite backups just in case.

                              Wherever possible I try to spread my stuff out, I currently have 3 servers over 2 hosts but I'm looking to make that 3/3 soon.

                              Most of my TGPs are tied to a single server because of a monster thumb script that rotates for the 60+ domains, but I will be implementing a caching system soon that means main server downtime will only stop updates on sites hosted on satellite servers, rather than the whole site being unavailable. I want to the same thing with a blog network I'm building.
