Might see a bump. The problem is that people know Mega Upload isn't the be all ... they know of the other sites out there.
There are still lots of file lockers almost as big that need to go as well (and probably will).
What will be good is that some sites should see better SERPs since they won't be pointing there anymore.
What's surprising to me is how helpful authorities have been in other countries in rounding up the people that ran MU. I'm sure the owners and employees of other sites are shitting their pants and wondering if they're safe where they live/work.
