anyone with a studio or cam site?

i'm not to sure about this topic but my guess would be to go individually. I would think for one, they would make more money that way. Start with something like cams.com or something at first..If traffic and business gets big enough then look into getting a building for something 24/7..don't rush into spending a bunch of money and what not before you even know how they're gonna do..just my 2 cents

well i have a pretty good size house that easiley accomodate four girls, so i figure why spend money on a building. i would move them in and see how it goes first, then go all out with a 24/7 webcam site that had cams in every room.

I own a studio in Montreal, probably the biggest in North America,
Here are my advices... maybe I'm totally lost... or high on crack...

First, register your models as a studio. Do not register them individually, if you obtain volume some day, you will cry if you cant check the stats and control the payouts trough a studio admin panel... Keep your eyes on the numbers & your hands on the money...

*** Do not share your performers with non-established and non-organised structures... you will loose your girls if they waste their time on an empty site... they need to make top dollars in order to stay with you...

Only register your performers with a website having/offering an advanced admin panel.

Do not even think about launching your own cam site before you have mastered :

1- model day 2 day management (registration, training, payouts, etc...)
2- traffic

Anyone saying the opposite doen't have a clue about live cams & $$$
Otherwise, you'll end up dealing with the chicken/egg situation
no performers / loosing traffic
no traffic / loosing performers

I suggest you start with VS media (flirt4free)
-they will give you, BY FAR, the best support available out there
-lightning fast model registration
-the best studio-admin control panel ever made (the most important thing)
-juicy payouts always on time

Recruiting remains probably the weakest link in the whole industry...
Everyone is like : damn, where do I find new talents, new performers...

Personally, I never deal with strippers, escorts or cracked whores...
- Not reliable, usually dumb as fuck, meth heads and over priced...

Avoid them agencies...
-Way overpriced... when there's demand, everyone gets greedy... price are skyrocketing...

News papers are filled with ads... And probably that the guy next door offers more money to hire performers than you can afford...

Same for internet ads...

SO WHERE DO I FIND NEW GIRLS ???

- We recruit 50% of our staff on dating/networking sites
- 25% from word of mouth (the friend of a friend actually making money with us) You guys can offer a referral bonus... lets say 10% of what the new performer earns...
- 25% on the road... clubs (not strip joints), on the streets, bowling alley... you guys name it... as long as you have a stockpile of biz cards with the contact infos...

YOU NEED A GIRL TO OPERATE YOUR RECRUITING PLATFORM
The new models are always wondering if your main goal is getting into their pants !
Make sure you dont fuck with the payroll...
Having a girl working with you as a recruiting agent will bring you lots more performers... Giving cards, answering the phone to "pitch" the models, making the very first contact (from a woman to another)...

Being a cam whore aint glamourous !
Its all about the money...
If your first models are making money, you'll get more performers...

if you need to receive all your revenue in one account go with a studio manager account. If not, go individually. The commissions are the same for models and for studios on 98% cam sites.
