didnt they just take $200 off of them too? I know someone that bought one the day they came out, he was pissed about the no Business deal but bought the personal plan just for the phone.

Microsoft is arrogant as well. I don't think arrogance is the answer, I think Apple just over prices their shit. Well, that and it isn't compatible with anything.

I didn't think I needed to ask - they advertise the damn thing as working ONLY WITH AT&T

I'm going back to my blackberry most likely anyway. Oh and if AT&T expects any business from me after the contracts run out they can go fuck themselves.

Guess my $400 wasn't enough, they want more. I hope apple and AT&T go out of business enron style.

I don't use an ipod either or itunes. I was thinking of loading up on a couple hundo worth of songs too. not gonna happen now.

They don't care. Their service is the worst. I have not been able to get a dial tone on my DSL line for the last week and a half due to some fuckup they have going on right now. When I asked the stupid bitch why they couldn't do anything right, she apologized for the inconvenience as best she could with her horrible English and then explained that they would be crediting me for the time my service was out. The way she said it was as if she had just bestowed a great gift upon me, that she was putting her job and life at risk to give to me. How fucking generous of them. They wont charge me for service when they didn't provide any. Aren't they wonderful? I explained to her that she could take the service credit and shove it up her ass, I want uptime and uninterrupted service, not a fucking outage credit.
