That's some blackout indeed. Greedy scammers wouldn't even shut down for an hour because they love every cent they earn by sending surfers to piracy sites.
Delist thepiratebay and other sites that get too many DMCAs, and there wouldn't be any need for SOPA/PIPA or any other muthafucka. Your greed and lack of self-regulation ability (again, because of greed) is the only reason this kind of legislation is even necessary.
