Mallick is a fraudster who has resisted paying what is owed for twelve months or more.
A few surgically targeted payments to a few account holders wont cut it. Most people have not been paid. No interest has been paid to anyone. There's no good intent on the part of Mallick in this whole saga. He'll happily get away with what he can.
