The same can be done with pirate sites. Child porn was removed from the net not because people knew it was wrong but because something was actually done against it. My point is that the same can be done with piracy. Most of it can be removed from the net, it is technically possible and it can be kept that way.

Nothing is impossible and I don't see a reason why piracy can't be dealt with the same way, just take away the popular places and you have solved most of the problem.
