The firs thing that I noticed when I entered the member's area is the starkness. While the design is very clean and crisp there isn't too much there. Don't get me wrong I'm not one for too many flashy graphics or animation but I do think you need to spice up the member's area a bit. You could also add some photos at the top or even some thumbs next to each category to catch people's eye.

So you have a member's area that is free to access if the visitors give you their email address? Are you going to send them emails after they sign up regarding the site? Or are you just trying to get pay site sign ups through the member's area?

Usefull feedback! Initially I'm going to launch the site without any images, but certainly with a view to adding some later on.

Yes. I will be emailing members after they've signed up. But it may not be what you think, members will only receive one mailing a week and that will be a bespoke newsletter, very professional, clean and with offers such a free trials etc.

All of the links are dead so I can't verify this on my own, but I'm curious about your content. Are you using your own content or free promotional media from paysites? If it's the later, why would people give you their e-mail address for the same promo materials they can find at every TGP on the planet, especially if you're not even including thumbnails of the galleries?

(Or thousands of porn tubes, if that's your style.)

Both sites are desktop- and mobile-friendly.

At the moment all of the gallery links are null, I'll be uploading the galleries just before launch. At this stage I'm looking to gather feedback on the design elements and generally how the website feels when you visit it.

I will be using promotional hosted galleries from various sponsors, and I think the answer to your question is, the same reason every other webmaster on this forum receives traffic and generates commission, the internet is a big place.

What am I offering that others aren't? Well in terms of content, nothing. But I am providing access to thousands of galleries in a safe membership environment, so that joe public can view galleries without fear of redirects (traffic trades), pop ups etc.

Looks good. Everyday lots of DAMN UGLY sites get thousands of hits. You don't really need a good looking site to make money and get traffic, thats my opinion and experience. I have both horrible and good looking sites and there is no real difference.
