They also put some disclaimer in your code (designed by bla bla) that you aren't allowed to remove, or something like that.

hmmmmmmmmmmm i dont want to post what is going on here yet, but lets just say it is not looking good.
i had a similar experience in the top one, especially on a rush order which made it worst. anyway im hoping they contact me soon, but its not looking well.
how long to you normally wait for a response before it is "bad"? on top of it they are supposed to be professional.
