Since best is subjective I would have to say mine is the best followed closely by a PPV video site as number 2 and of course PEcash cause you can order your own toys from them and still get a commission which is great for cam girls, not to mention sites that can sell sex toys. I also would rank some other sites as well but I will leave that up to the spammers. -
The best sponsor is going to vary from person to person. I've found it best to promote programs that I know are solid that have killer sites. So many programs have crappy paysites with very little content, nothing exclusive to the site, and few updates.
You need to promote a site that has exclusive content, with a decent sized collection of existing content and with regularly schedule updates that come as often as possible. You want a site that's not only going to convert, but keep on paying because it has what it takes to retain members.

Almost everyone will have different results per program to a degree just because of the wide amount of variables that can factor into the overall equation imho.
Sticking with well known programs to start with is good advice. That allows you to learn things without the fear of being scammed like some unknown places are more apt to do. The biggest thing with any sponsor dealings is not to assume anything! If you want to avoid hassles, build up good relationships and so forth, ask the sponsor your questions before proceeding if you are not clear on anything. A large amount of issues that could arise may be avoided all together this way.
(With all that said, I'll now mention that I've been promoting CE Cash since well before I was working with them and I've always been very happy with the results
)
