That happened to me about 10 years ago with the huge cyst in the armpit. It's from the aluminum in antiperspirants. It can block your sweat glands which causes a pretty bad infection.
The dumbass who is trying to pop it at home is a fool and he needs to go to the doctor asap. The infection is much deeper than the cyst on the surface, especially with one that large.
