    Help with my new blog site

    Would like to have a video player on my blog site.

    Im using wordpress so my question is how do I accomplish this?

    What plugs or programs do I need?

    Is it possible to have more than one?

    Basically Im lookin to set it up with a link back to my sponsors FHG vid,

    I would like to know.

          Are you wanting the player to play content hosted on your sponsor's servers or are you going to download the videos and host them yourself? There are several free flash video players out there. You can see one in operation on my blog sybianlust.com I use a plugin to play .flv files I have uploaded to my server. I can tell you the plugin if this is what you're looking for.

              Yes this what Im looking for I would like the capability to do both host my own and also sponsors hosted.
              In any event can a link back after the video plays through(a clickable link) that takes you right to the sponsor or web page is my main goal.

                      Ok I checked it out looks good and I think this is also free so I may go with it.
                      What Im not seeing is how to create the linkback after the vid plays through

                          If you know anything about flash, I'd say it's probably possible to add a link to the end of FLV files, but I have no idea of an easier solution. I'm sure someone here can help though. The plugin I use is called pb-embedFlash (wordpress.org/extend/plugins/pb-embedflash/) and there are tons of methods out there to convert files to flv files. convert2flv.com is a web based one
