    did you ever have a nagging pain in the tailbone which is also called coccyx ?
    you know when you sit down you feel a sharp pain in the tailbone ?

                  Got that once from almost slipping when I was pregnant. I couldn't sit for 3 days - even standing hurt. I laid in bed the entire time and it went away.

                  Good luck - I don't wish that pain on anyone heheh
