I used more than 10 different hosts in the past decennia and recently got a server at AdultEUHost and I can say they are the best. The server is configured and hand over to the client perfectly and after sales is fantastic too. They give full support for which you don't pay extra, I've mailed them about problems in the middle of the night and was helped instantly and the server connection is very fast, I think their servers are in the main datacenter in Amsterdam.
