                                                                  the fucking problem IS Rapidshare - without Rapidshare's storage and bandwidth guys like this can't do what they do. Rapidshare takes down content happily because they know that while they're placating us by taking down the stolen content that some other surfer is uploading it again.

                                                                  no offense to anybody's who's trying to do anything about this but it is hopeless - there's only one possible solution and it's legal and it will cost a fortune and I don't expect anybody to go through that shit and expense. And even a legal victory wouldn't stem the tide.
