The best I ever ate in my life, was during a 6 month period - I woke at 6am, Breakfast at 7am. Midday Meal at 12, followed by an hours exercise around 2, & meal 3 at 5pm - Bed at 10pm
Each days meals were completely different each day, but strictly balanced to provide 2000 calories a day, and all the nutritional balance you can imagine...
I never felt healthier, fitter and more well fed during any other time in my life!
Gonna have to get back to that at some point....
