He treated you like an indian in some other way or he/she is indian mostly those guys rip you off or somebody else.
Not pointing to marlboroack but that is my opinion and result of study.
Marlboroack, you can pay a programmer without knowing their ID's and Names and Domain names they owned. I have been paying people to do some programming all over the world but I never ask their ID's and Domains Names they owned! That is called a bullshit transaction. Is your company registered in the US and paying your taxes? Do you have an office and where is that if you don't mind?
