trafficholder.com - big BS?

well, from my experiences after signing up with them
to buy traffic --- it IS BS to me trying to buy
traffic thru their form didnt do anything; the form just
refreshed ... then i saw one must "verify" his/her pages
so i submitted that form ... only to get a silly reply like
"your account is new; please try again in four weeks"
WTF? WTF BIG TIME! what will my site be in four weeks?
four weeks older after years of being up? ...
i hate such crap ... your experiences with this traffic broker?

I have a feeling they may have had to implement a few extra security measures, as did we and probably most other traffic brokers. While you're waiting, you can try us out http://www.trafficadept.com or check out http://www.chokertraffic.com too, I've personally bought lots of traffic from Choker over the years. Do go back and try out TH once they verify you though, that way you'll be able to compare between several traffic systems and see which one fits your needs best.

Never converted with their traffic... Choker on the other hand... seem to do very well with, but I don't get the control over what KIND of traffic I can direct to galleries.

Actually, Choker is the only traffic broker that does offer gallery traffic paid per K. The reason why you get little control is because the galleries get actual clicks from people who want a gallery, which means they click on the textlink, so it needs to match the niche/category.

Im still floating around at 20-25% CTR on the TGP traffic I bought to test the blog. I'm very pleased with the quality of the traffic you guys have.

To their defense, it's quite late, on a Saturday, so I'm sure it takes them longer to handle things on weekends. I do understand your frustration though.

I buy tons of traffic from them, and they have always been very good to me. Once you are set up, their service is great. I know most people are up for instant gratification, but sometimes it pays to be patient.

I've had great luck with their geo-targeted and niche traffic. Some of the traffic from a few particular EU countries is gold.

Sure, sign up and submit a site for approval, once you have one URL approved you'll be able to load money and sit on it for as long as you wish.

I don't know how you are paying for it. When I pay for traffic using a credit card, it's instant, but they give a timeframe on how long it takes for other payment methods. Also, some payment methods (like credit cards), have to be approved to prevent fraud.

why would people sell good quality traffic? Traffic places are used to feed sites when you make something new

I never suggested you give anyone anything for free, nor do i think you NEED to stroke people's ego's. I'd just suggest that you will catch more fly's with honey, and not likely much of anything with vinegar

Trafficholder hasn't ever scammed anyone that I know of. They take their time getting people set up, so they make sure that the traffic pool stays as legitimate as it can in this business. Once they do get you set up, their traffic is decent (has worked well for me), but you have to be patient. They will check your site out, and make sure that if/when you start selling a ton of traffic to them, that I'm not buying it from them only to complain that it's all shit later.
I for one, appreciate the extra steps, because I've bought traffic from other places that has been a complete and utter loss. I bought bdsm traffic from one site that sent me 90% grannie sex, telling me that it was a fetish and therefore fell under bdsm. What am i going to do with that?
What sort of timeframe have they promised you that they didn't adhere to?
