I have as bad a case of insomia as you could imagine and it works even for me however it does leave you groggy in the morning, although so would any of the perscription stuff and at least this is natural. Also can attest to the vivid dreaming aspect. One note though is that if you simply get a minimum of 20-30 minutes of direct sunlight in your eyes a day it will cause your body to produce melatonin without having to take the suppliment just fyi-

Yes. Melatonin does work pretty well. And it is about as natural as a sleep aid could really get.

Best for me is alcohol but since it's not a good idea to drink every single day i have doctors prescribed Dormicum 15mg, makes me fall asleep in just under an hour..

I tried that stuff once, figured 1mg or 3mg doses are for kids or old ladies so I popped 10mg, knocked me out in no time, slept well, but then next day had a pretty bad "hang over"... not fun...

Glad that simple Melatonin works perfect for you after seeing posts of you about your chronic insomnia in the past few years.

It was like you took everything... Ambian, Valiums, Clonazepam, Xanax, etc..

I know all that shit. I'm on Trazodone/Clonazepam right now.

I know about Melatonin since 3-4 years, but it does not work with me. It's like taking a pill of sugar. Nothing happens.

I'm impressed it worked on a hardcore insomnia pill like you!
